It’s hard to believe it has been 60 years since the Olympics were in Squaw Valley. The price of a ticket was $7.50 a day or for all 11 days it ranged from $200-$250. The hotels were all sold out in Truckee and Tahoe, and the average hotel price was $25. My how times have changed! Also, Walt Disney produced the opening ceremonies!
